By viewing or otherwise consuming content provided by Instant Chords (hereafter called "the Service"), or by using any tools provided thereby, you agree to the following:

1. The quality, performance, and availability of the Service are not warranted in any way. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Service, your only recourse is to discontinue your use of it.

2. The Service's privacy policy is adequate for your protection.

3. You will not use the Service for any illegal, indecent, or malicious purpose.

4. You will not use the Service for any commercial purpose.

5. Any songs or other content that you save to a songbook may be deleted at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the Service's administrator(s).

6. Saving songbooks with arbitrary passcodes is for convenience, not for security. Anyone who discovers—even just by guessing—the passcode to a songbook will be able to make changes to the songbook. If your songbook passwords are complex enough, and if you don't share the URLs for your songbooks or any particular songs contained within them, it's unlikely that anyone except you will ever discover your songbooks, much less tamper with them. Even so, the passcode system is inherently insecure and is meant just for casual bookmarking.

7. You will not copy, appropriate, or otherwise exploit any code or other contents of the Service's website, as such constitutes a copyright violation that may subject you to criminal prosecution and/or civil liability.
